Family House - modern interior design

An empty space is like a canvas of a painter: as you add new elements, the shapes begin to acquire contour. The challenge is the same for an interior designer. The project starts from some simple and white spaces which have to become a home, the perfect home for clients.

This home design project for a couple from Germany represents the dream of the whole family. As with other interior design projects, our specialists treated each space with the same importance, paying particular attention to details.

InSIGN and Noblesse Interiors designers chose for kitchen the modern style with fresh accents, premium furniture, state-of-the-art systems and home appliances.

For living room, the owners wanted a decor with a welcoming family atmosphere. To create such an environment, the design team has introduced into the concept of interior design natural elements such as stone and wood.

Some of the surfaces are finished with marble, and the parquet is made of solid wood with marble inserts. For the TV area, the inSIGN and Noblesse Interiors specialists have chosen the translucent marble, which has a spectacular effect in decor.

The interior design gains a precious look due to elements such as Onyx. For example, in the wall niches the designers used Green Onyx. The decorative wall (“Waterflow”) offers a fresh air in decor.

This interior design also includes the children’s bedrooms and bathrooms, guest bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, matrimonial bath and hall. The design for these children’s bedrooms is modern-casual, detailed in shapes, colors and playful elements appropriate to their age, but adaptable to the next period.

The designers have created the interior decor taking into account the juniors hobbies (one of the boys prefers the blue color, the other the green color). The team of specialists created for each child a personalized space that offers optimal conditions for study and rest.

Regarding children’s baths, the designers have opted for a “mirror arrangement”, both in terms of positioning of furniture and sanitary items, and of unitary design, differentiated by the chromatic accent in the shower area.

The finish in the shower area is a glass-wallpaper special for such surfaces (blue for one of the bathrooms and green-turquoise for the other), with fresh water landscape.

The washstand is a part of a collection developed in 2019. It features a technical panel that incorporates a tap and an innovative hi-tech phone charging and Bluetooth sound.

The guest bedroom continues the line of modern style approached in the rest of the house and is remarkable by its warm decor and friendly colors that invite you to relax.

This bedroom also integrates a relaxation/socialization area separated from the rest of the room by a decorative panel. The refreshing atmosphere is created with the help of the vegetal motifs present in the decor.

The guest bathroom offers a range of neutral colors, with some accents obtined through finishes and decorations.

The designers have used a special finish for a wall of the matrimonial bathroom. It frames vegetal and mineral elements in an “illuminated glass panel”, which gives to the space a refreshing and unique look.

The laundry-room was thought by designers as a sleeping space too (occasionally, a guest bedroom). The team has integrated a extensible sofa, a module for ironing board, a sink, a washing machine and a dryer.

In order to obtain a generous storage space, the designers have integrated a large cabinet, practically compartmentalized.

The play area was treated as follows: ceramic flooring covered with a carpet, walls decorated with Decora LED panels, Stardust (an effect of a galaxy).

To eliminate the “long hall” effect, the designers divided the hall into three differently treated areas: the first area was delineated by the art-deco floor and metal inserts. The ceiling was treated with wooden profiles and the walls was covered with a decorative finish with pearl effect and a series of modern lights. The middle area is personalized by 3 niches that continue on the ceiling, and the last area (which connects to the inner yard) incorporate two panels. The concept is inspired by the Mediterranean style, this being reproduced by the use of natural finishes (lichens, stone, wood), which is very suitable, as it leads to the nightlife and makes a pleasant transition to the spa area.

The reception area has been designed in modern style and surprises through the natural elements integrated in the design and also through the perfect match by colors, materials and textures.

By example, the walls covered with ceramic find matching with the ceramic tile flooring in the same color.

The waiting area is a veritable oasis of relaxation. The wooden wall with stabilized plants gives to the space a natural and refreshing look.

Some of the pieces of furniture, such as tables, have organic shapes, which integreate them perfectly into the design of this space. The elegant sofas, in natural colors and minimalist design are signed by a renowned international brand.

The surfaces finished with brown wallpaper are in the same color with the wooden doors elevators. The reception with integrated lights has modern design and geometric shape.

Apartament hotel de cinci stele – design interior in stil modern

In urma cu ceva timp, echipa inSIGN a realizat un amplu proiect de design interior pentru un hotel de cinci stele din Bucuresti. Acest proiect de design interior hotel a fost completat cu un proiect de amenajare apartament, despre care vom vorbi in acest articol.

Obiectivul arhitectilor de interior inSIGN a fost crearea unui design care sa se alinieze conceptului general propus pentru acest hotel. Prin urmare, au ales stilul modern-contemporan si o gama cromatica intima, care invita la relaxare.

The apartment is an open-space, day area consisting of a living room, a dining and a kitchen, with a fluid passage from one function to another. Because they had an asymmetric space to arrange, our specialists wanted to highlight it using a special furniture.

The designers used in the day area neutral colors and some accents introduced through blue sofas and orange armchairs. The luxurious note was obtained by using the glossy metallic elements in the design scheme.

The brass details present at the wall finishes, the lightings and decorations give to the interior a precious look. In this decor we can see a scenographic element represented by the built-in aquarium in the wall. The decorations are meant to take the space out of the banal and give it that distinction mark.

The kitchen proposes a neutral colors, where dominates gray nuances, in contrast to the open marble that covers the wall above the countertop.

The bedroom is distinguished by the elegant decor and the intimate atmosphere, achieved through dark-colored finishes. The remarkable elements of this room are the wallpaper with brass inserts and bedside tables with brass finishes which create that luxury look.

The architects equipped the room with an enclosed cupboard in the wall niche. All the products used in this arrangement proposed by inSIGN are part of the Noblesse Interiors portfolio.

Camera de hotel in stil modern-contemporan cu accente luxury

Decorul acestei camere de hotel creat de echipele Noblesse Interiors si inSIGN se aliniaza conceptului general de amenajare propus de designerii nostri pentru Golden Lake, un hotel care gazduieste un centru medical pentru tratamente balneo si care are in dotare cabinete medicale, o piscina cu apa sarata, sali de evenimente si conferinte, restaurant a la carte si autoservire.

The designers have proposed for these hotel rooms the modern-contemporary style with luxurious accents. The finishes and all the decoration pieces have been carefully chosen to integrate in the design of the space the elements specific to the brand, an increasingly important detail for our clients. The wood-plated wall has metallic bronze inserts that help create a warm and natural environment, so elegant and precious. This gold-metal-wood combination is also found in other hotel areas such as reception.

The design concept for this hotel room focuses on mixing three materials: wood, leather and velvet. For example, we find a decorative panel and pieces of wood furniture, emerald green velvet drapes, bronze finishes. The room acquires personality through atypical finishes for this kind of spaces as cement, and extravagant colors such as the marshall chair or fucsia table.

Camera hotel de 5 stele: concept de design interior in stil modern

Being large and complex, design projects for hotels require not only the creativity of designers, but also inventiveness, attention to details and finding the best functional solutions. inSIGN’s large projects include a 5-star hotel in Bucharest. In this article we aim to detail the concept of interior design that our specialists have created for the rooms of this hotel.

Our designers have approached modern-contemporary style in designing this hotel room. An important role has been given to the lighting system, which is asymmetric (right-left). As you can see from the images, there are several types of lighting: ceiling-mounted bodies, bed and table lamps, floor lamps, etc.

In this project the focus is on warm and relaxing colors which help you to sleep, complemented by a strong accent as turquoise. The bed is the central piece and its oversized bed board is made of textile. The camera is equipped with all necessary storage pieces.

The interior designers have found interesting solutions for bathroom, for which they chose the same style and a palette of colors based on contrasts. For example, neutral colors make a inedited contrast with the wall covered with finish Aparici finish, which is highlighted by the pattern of different textures.

Penthouse hotel - modern interior design concept

The inSIGN team created this interior design project for a penthouse hotel located in Bucharest. To decorate the space, the interior architects have chosen the modern-minimalist style and have integrated in decor elegant and subtly pieces to suit the business people.

The lightings and furniture pieces have a simple geometry to fit the chosen style. This is also avaible for accessories, such as the wall clock, which highlights a part of its elements. Through the thin metal structure, the furniture pieces in the relaxation area create the senzation of floating.

The composition created using wallpaper represents a common decorative element for the ground floor and the first floor. Very light shapes that overlap with this decorative element lead our mind to the creations of Lucio Fontana.

The color palette consists of warm tones that are found in walnut wood and other shades of wood, white accents and strong accents such as dark blue and the green elements. This color scheme continues in the kitchenette.

Upstairs there is a bedroom. Being a space where more privacy is desired, inSIGN architects chose dark colors such as anthracite, blue and dark wood. The moquette in an open shade highlights the decor elements like TV stand.

Terasa companie multinationala – concept de design exterior in stil modern

Before creating any interior or exterior design, our specialists are equally concerned with the wishes and needs of our clients, but also with the specifics of the space to be arranged. Among the latest projects made by the inSIGN and Noblesse Interiors teams is the terrace of a multinational company, whose location has been a source of inspiration in style setting.

An important objective of our designers and architects was to integrate this terrace into the urban landscape and, considering that it is an exterior space, they chose weatherproof furniture. The terrace measures an area of 300 square meters, has a capacity of 130 seats and represents a social and dining space for the company’s employees and, occasionally, for parties.

Functionality of the furniture is perfectly complemented by the modern-minimalist design and urban look, which gives to the space a stylish and airy appearance. The furniture pieces are signed by famous designers. For example, the design of the tables was created by Marc Sadler, and the design of the chairs was created by Karim Rashid. They were designed to fit perfectly into the exterior spaces.

Although the furniture has a minimalist design and a seemingly fragile appearance, the pieces provide great resistance to wear. The tables and chairs have versatile design, being suitable for both business terraces and events.

The tables have metal structure and polyethylene coating and lights up in the evening. The chairs are versatile and ergonomic, and can be used in different contexts and environments (interior/exterior). These pieces provide great comfort and resonate perfectly with the modern style of the building.

The umbrellas in the form of tulips have a very large size (6×6 m), are illuminated and equipped with drainage systems. For flooring, designers chose pottery with deck system.

Apartament hotel – implementare a conceptului de coliving

The creation of an interior design project starts from two almost as important aspects, whether we are talking about a HoReCa interior design project or a residential project: the characteristics of the space and the typology of the users.

Until recently, hotel rooms were associated with the idea of a dormitory, but hotel owners are constantly reinventing themselves with an increasing desire to offer more than just a simple accommodation, but a pleasant and complete experience that covers a multitude of more and more diversified needs, such as relaxation, sleep, work, food preparation etc.

In this context, appears the concept of coliving, which is not very new, but its contemporary form has gained a great importance in recent years due to combinations of complex factors.

Today we want to talk about how was implemented the concept of coliving in an interior design project. The inSIGN team started with a moodboard to show a clear “picture” of such as space, then they created a complet interior design project for a hotel apartment.

The interior architects included several areas: sleeping, relaxing, working, storing, dining and cooking (a kitchenette). The design scheme has taken into account the types of customers who need such spaces: business travelers who travel a lot and who stay in hotels for more than 1-2 days.

Such people share the same values and philosophy. This typology becomes widespread, a fact which determine the owners to rethink the space of accommodation. The design project created by inSIGN has been based on a series of common ideals: internationality, community, cohabitation, all of these are found in the concept of coliving.

The concept design was approached not as a point of arrival but as a continuation of the journey into an international, refreshing experience.

The interior space is divided into several areas with distinct features: a relaxing and sleeping room with a bed and storage space, a small work area, a living area with dining (bar area) and a kitchenette equipped with the necessary appliances.

All of these areas are decorated in modern style, the areas being separated by colors and specific furniture. The arrangement has a uniform look obtained through balanced chromatics and retro decorative elements.

In the bathroom we find the same style of decoration, the small space being highlighted using unique finishes and visual effects elements such as lighting fixtures.

CASA PIPERA – STIL CONTEMPORAN

Pentru echipa noastră, orice nouă provocare se transformă într-un proiect inedit. De data aceasta, provocarea lansată a fost o frumoasă casă din București, Pipera, amenajată în stil contemporan luxury. Întreaga amenajare poartă amprenta stilistică a designerului nostru, Anei Maria Călina, care s-a ocupat îndeaproape de fiecare detaliu al amenajării, cu mult entuziasm și dedicare, folosind produsele din portofoliul Noblesse Interiors.

Locuința beneficiază de încăperi spațioase și foarte luminoase, un element esențial pe care l-am transpus printr-o cromatică de efect. Astfel, am mizat pe o combinație de nuanțe delicate, texturi luxuriante și accente metalice.

 

CASA BALOTEȘTI – STIL CONTEMPORAN LUXURY

Acest dormitor face parte din proiectul Casa Qatar și a fost amenajat în stil contemporan luxury, urmărind linia de design a întregii locuințe. Tonurile pământii bogate, texturile luxuriante,imprimeurile geometrice și accentele metalice insuflă o atmosferă elegantă și masculină.

Baia se află în deplină armonie cromatică și stilistică cu dormitorul de care aparține. Aici întâlnim un amestec echilibrat de tonuri închise și nuanțe luminoase, cu subtile accente de auriu.

CASA QATAR – DESIGN INTERIOR IN STIL LUXURY ORIENTAL

Această bucătărie face parte din unul dintre cele mai noi proiecte ale echipei noastre, Casa Qatar. Urmând același stil luxury cu accente orientale, am ales blaturi din marmură, accente metalice argintii și ceramică albă cu model geometric.
