This project of Studio Insign consisted in designing a hotel room located on the site of a former factory. The design of the room is representative of the overall look of the hotel, the style used in its design being the newyorkez industrial loft.

In this project we opted for a magnetized metal panel, positioned on the brick wall designed in an industrial style, so that the shelves and the boxes can be placed in any type of configuration desired by the client, as required. The interior design was created in masculin style because the target audience of this hotel is represented by 70% business men.

The brick is a representative element used in the exterior design of the building, brought inside, but in a reinterpreted and white form to create brighter spaces.

We used shades of gray, white tones and yellow accents, to convey warmth to the space, visible in luminaires, decorative cushions and decorations.

With the redecoration of the room, the installation was upgraded because the client opted for the BMS (building management system). All devices from the room were centralized into a command tablet that controls all camera functions (light scenes, temperature, air conditioning, ventilation, music, TV). Thus, we combined high-tech and elegant technology with an interior design concept based on natural elements, making it a type of room perfectly suited to urban style, representative of the hotel’s architecture.

The success of this project was also due to the exceptional cooperation with the owners involved in the project, who very clearly passed the expectations and the desired style in the hotel design.
